FANTABULOUS!!! I had the 60 Arotherapy Massage with the Body Retreat Salt Glow....totally awesome! This was my very first massage and the service was superb. The staff was professional and I felt like a queen! I will definitely be back for the Parafango Body Wrap! I totally enjoyed being pampered and having someone take care of me for a change!!! Thanks again.... VB

She answered all my questions regarding the service I was receiving as well as other services available. She really knows her stuff.The entire experience was A+ from the time I walked through the door until I left. The staff there are very personable,accommodating and welcoming.I'm so looking forward to my next visit,I put a gift certificate to the spa on my birthday and Christmas wish list so they'll see me again in a few weeks.

I have the day spa package #2. The services were great and the staff was very professional. A few things I would change...the massage room is located very close to the street. I could hear cars passing by. I would have increased the relaxing music. I paid partially with a spa week giftcard that I received for my bday. Upon checking out, they tried to charge me an extra $17% for using the gift card. I also tried to pay with an AMEX and couldn't since the owner/manager was not there to process the order. While the services were great, the checkout experience was not. I also do not think the massage specialist should be checking me out. It was obvious that she is really good at the her job of making me feel relaxed, but not a clerical staff person. Overall, I got what I wanted, which was a great massage.

A few matters of concern I do want to note: 1) Clients can redeem Spa Week certificates same as cash on any regular priced services. All our spa packages have already been discounted, we will pass the third party fees (17% surcharge) to the clients with their permission when they book their appointments. 2) All of our staff are cross trained and efficient at office tasks, so we can save our overhead expenses and pass the saving to our clients. 3) Our old AMEX terminal was sent to the shop for repair and it has been fixed now. Again, thanks for taking time to write to us.
